20 random things about me: This is hard, I don't talk about myself, but here goes:
1) I like to read. My Bible. And Fiction:
Favs are: The Bodie Thoene Zion Legacy Series, and The Zion Covenant; The Cat Who...series by Lilian Jackson Braun and Tony Hillerman.
2) I enjoy spending time with Dewey (my guy of 50 years). He's my best friend.
3) I enjoy walking.
4) I love animals especially my dog, Pete.
5) I treasure my quiet time. My creative time.
6) Family is very important. I cherish time with my children and my "grands". They are the best.
7) I love my brothers and sisters and try to keep in touch.
8) I look forward to fests and shows--meeting other authors and sharing. Writers understand what I am saying They walk the same drum beat.
9) I like smelling roses and seeing new born calves.
10) I look forward to evening rides with Dewey in his '66 Chevy pickup.
11) I love good cooking, but am not a cook.
12) I like classical music, Older Christian songs (the ones I grew up with) and golden oldies.
13) TV shows I like are NCIS, Elementry, Castle and The Big Bang Theory.
14) I don't understand all new technology, but try to learn.
15) I treasure good, solid-rock friendships. Long-distance and local-- good friends are God's pearls.
16) I love working with the 4-year-old Sunday School class. Four-year-old minds are so rewarding.
17) Favorite foods are combination salad, Hamburgers, French Fries and sweets, especially chocolate.
18) I like spring/summer. Warmth, newness of earth's birth, and knowing God is in control.
19) I like words, new thoughts: I like to think out of the box. I like reminiscing.
